Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful husband JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: the highs the lows and all in between. I moved to America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At one and a half years young. I'm not here sharing my life for you were it not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. My parents were the source of my inspiration and I worked to be successful. It was my plan to study in order to finish my studies and secure an employment that was good. Then I wanted a wife and kids. The life I had imagined for myself wasn't what it turned out. In 2013 I found myself dreading going to my corporate job the money and status did not bring me joyIt was as if I had wasted my time and energy to earn a living even though I knew I was meant for more. When I began to navigate my way to a new direction in my career, I found I was destined to become personal trainer. I enjoyed exercising, I enjoyed having fun and I loved helping others. This year I will celebrate my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I started my own small business. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian women. To be a leader in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and help others live a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to their specific needs and to reach their targets. It is my goal to inspire others to pursue their dreams, and to live the lives they have always wanted. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest successful times of my life. However, my mother died just as my career began to take off. To be in Heaven she is now in peace after an 8-year battle against Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her every day. The lessons of life are often hidden from us, but they can be extremely beneficial. In so many ways, my mom's death has changed my life. I honestly believe that she offered me another chance to live through her demise. When she passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. In my 30s I feel a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling that I'm just another number. In sharing the tale of my life, it is in the hope that others are able to relate to my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of real love. Therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. In the end, your the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. My hope is to live your the life you want to live and have your death be without regrets, since that's the only thing that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
